Google Earth client kml html link with command line argument -

i trying create placemark open radio station in google earth client using vlc player , stream url. if leave out stream, vlc player opens ok. when add stream argument, vlc not open @ all. (i have allowed ge open local files)

i think quote marks may need nested somehow or space after exe causing problems. help.

after research have found it's not possible pass parameters in href link. made vbs file placemark , open href link.

c# - MSAA finds controls UI Automation doesn't -
