activex component cant cant create object
module: frmchqreg procedure: form_load

i referencing microsoft activex data objects 2.5 library

how determine ocx or dll files missing, problem? if have other insights, please let me know. appreciated.

c# - MSAA finds controls UI Automation doesn't -
